Junior Building Lunch Menu

Every Day Menu 

Full Salad Bar:

  • A wide variety of your favorite vegetables and toppings
  • Hard Cooked Eggs
  • Humus
  • A Variety of Composed Salads
  • Variety of salad dressings including many homemade, reduced fat and low cal options

          
Deli Bar:

Along with a range of condiments the deli bar offers the following:         

  • Wide selection of deli meets including over oven sliced turkey, sliced ham, roast beef, salami and more
  • Assorted Cheeses
  • Tuna, Egg or Chicken Salad
  • Sliced tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions and more
  • Assorted breads, pockets and wraps


Drinks:

  • Spring Water
  • 2% Milk
  • Chocolate Milk

 
Soup Station:

  • One soup changing daily

 
Dessert Bar:

  • Wide variety of baked desserts including cakes, brownies, cookies, etc.
  • Jell-O

 
Other Favorites:

  • Fresh fruit
  • Panini Maker (griller)
